The Challenge /

GLO Antiaging Youth Lab needed a digital presence that reflected the level of care, expertise, and technology behind their treatments. While the in-clinic experience was thoughtful, elevated, and deeply client-focused, their social media wasn’t fully translating that feeling. The opportunity was to bridge the gap between perception and reality - creating content that built trust, educated their audience, and positioned GLO as the go-to for medical aesthetics in Kelowna.

Big Sis Media developed a content strategy centered around education, experience, and human connection. Content was designed to demystify treatments, highlight advanced technology, and showcase the intentional details that set GLO apart - from personalized consultations to the small moments that make clients feel at ease. Through a mix of reels, carousels, and story-driven content, the brand voice remained approachable, knowledgeable, and never overly clinical. The focus was on building trust first, from there - creating a digital presence that felt as welcoming, informative, and elevated as the in-person experience.
