The Challenge /
Shokunin Hospitality Group operates multiple concepts, each with its own identity, experience, and audience - but the social presence lacked consistency and a clear overarching strategy. Content across brands felt disconnected at times, with an opportunity to create a more cohesive approach while still allowing each concept to maintain its individuality. There was also a need to better translate the in-person dining experience - the detail, the atmosphere, the quality - into content that felt just as intentional online. The goal was to elevate the digital presence across all concepts, while building a system that could support multiple brands without losing clarity or direction.

Big Sis Media developed a multi-brand content strategy to bring structure, clarity, and consistency across all concepts. Each restaurant was approached individually, with its own tone and creative direction, while still aligning under a cohesive group presence. Content focused on storytelling - highlighting ingredients, technique, atmosphere, and the overall dining experience in a way that felt elevated and immersive. By balancing refined, aesthetic-driven visuals with more personality-led and behind-the-scenes moments, we created content that felt both high-level and engaging, ensuring the digital presence reflected the same level of detail and intention as the in-person experience.
