Yvonne’s Delightful Cakes had a strong product and a naturally aesthetic brand, but the social presence lacked structure and intentional storytelling. The feed was structured using a repeating colour system (cream, pink, and blue) to create a recognizable and balanced aesthetic, while content pillars were refined to highlight not just the final product, but the process, intention, and emotion behind each design. Content was designed to feel both aspirational and relatable - blending polished cake imagery with behind-the-scenes moments, testimonials, and lifestyle-driven concepts that encouraged audience interaction. Captions and creative direction leaned into thoughtful, witty, and emotionally driven messaging to make each post feel personal and memorable, rather than transactional.
